Congratulations on smashing your World Vision 40 Hour Challenge. Now, it's time to make sure all your hard work counts.
You did an epic job challenging yourself to help fight the impacts of climate change and regreen our future. Whether you raised $100 or $1000, it all counts. The money you raise will equip farmers to unlock underground forests and regrow trees fast. You’ll help young people to learn about climate-smart agriculture, climate smart businesses, and how to keep forests healthy for years to come. You’ll provide communities with beehives to help forests thrive. That is amazing to be part of.
But your funds can't start making a difference until they're in the bank. If sponsors donated to you online – nice work, we've got your funds. If you collected any cash, give it to your organiser with your sponsorship book by Friday 5 July. Thank you!
Thank you for taking up the challenge to help regreen our future and fight the impacts of climate change. Your fundraising will make a real difference.

Pasquela is one of many people in Timor-Leste already suffering the effects of climate change. Three years ago, she was studying at uni and her family had a thriving rice farm. Then a cyclone destroyed everything.
“Before, we harvested tons of rice from hard work,” says Pasquela, “but the 2021 cyclone wiped out half our fields and cut our water supply.” The rest of their crops died and the farm was damaged beyond repair.
“My little sister had to leave school because we can’t pay for it now. I had to drop out of uni too. Only my little brother can go,” she says. The funds you’ve raised will help regreen communities in the Asia-Pacific region and support them to become more resilient to the changing climate.
